After your registration is complete and payment has been received, you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to access the platform within 24 hours of your completed registration. Please contact registration@aaohn.org if you need additional registration assistance.

No! you do not need to download or install any software to participate in our conference. For ideal viewing and participation, it is recommended that you have access to a high internet connection. Google Chrome is the preferred internet browser.
  • Maximize your internet connection by connecting your computer by an Ethernet cable directly from your internet router.
  • If you are using Wi-Fi, try and use a 5GHz network.
  • Wi-Fi works best when you are 5-8 feet from your router.
  • Close out other apps on your devise that are not essential to your National Conference experience.
  • Disconnect other non-essential devices from your home (or office) that are connected to the internet: streaming devices, tablets, phones, video game systems, and/or smart TVS.
